Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at hello@herronmarineelectronics.com. After that window, orders may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is received in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders for special-order or non-stock items are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Heron Marine Supply reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
